Northern California: Field Sales Manager


Build brands, develop relationships, sell distribution, and coordinate programs across on premise, off premise and chain accounts to achieve volume objectives for the brand state priorities in Northern California. Develop and agree to appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) with distributors. Monitor results through the use of KPI tracking and internal systems such as COGNOS. Ensure that retail pricing is consistent with brand strategies. Provide most current profitability updates to Division Manager in monthly market recaps.
