An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward & Insight team based in Edinburgh on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Reporting directly to the Head of Reward and Insight, you’ll be one of two Reward Analysts who support the reward function. In your role you’ll be focussed on international mobility and job evaluation.
Our International mobility processes are aimed at supporting our expatriate community and employees who work abroad as commuters or on placements. You’ll liaise with employees and their line managers, our finance function, Heineken Expat Services (based in the Netherlands) and external consultants such as tax experts. This could range from analysing and tracking the spend in this area, giving support and advice to employees who are moving internationally, or even helping in the application for work permits.
On top of these responsibilities you’ll also support our job evaluation processes. You’ll facilitate evaluation sessions for line managers and HR Business partners ensuring jobs are evaluated fairly, the integrity of the system is maintained and line managers understand the outcome of the evaluation.
