We have an exciting secondment opportunity for a Training Executive, the main purpose of this role will be to assist in the delivery of the company’s Innside Knowledge training programme for new lessees which includes a five day residential programme and follow up visits in house. In addition there will be the opportunity to assist in new management development training initiatives to provide bespoke options to the wider S&NPC as required, and to react to such changes in legislation
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Identify and deliver a number of structured training programmes to include:
- Post Innside Knowledge pub visits to identify opportunities to maximise the income of the business through both retail standards and beer quality
- Management Development Training: including Interview Skills; Negotiation Skills, and other courses as deemed necessary by the company
To be suitable for this role, you will be educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent. Ideally with some experience of delivering training, preferably with a recognised qualification and some practical experience in the management of pubs at either unit or area level. Furthermore, you will posses excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to influence at all levels. A confident personality, highly organised with the ability to demonstrate an aptitude for continuous improvement.
