Responsible for overall operations of the Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards Barrel Rooms and Winery; including budget preparation and management, personnel management of regular status employees and temporary employees during harvest.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in performing cellar, barrel room, and bottling operations.
Executes all aspects of the production plan created by the winemaking team, including labor, equipment and resources. Supervise and support work of the cellar, barrel rooms and bottling activities while working closely with the Winemaking team to ensure proper workflow and increased efficiencies
Responsible for crew of regular status employees year-round and seasonal employees during harvest and bottling season.
