To positively impact business performance using the levers of Organisation Effectiveness, Talent, Reward and Engagement.To optimise HR functional effectiveness in providing an Employee Solutions service to the hourly population of employees and leveraging our shared service model to support salaried employees. Roles and responsibilities:Develop Organisation and People strategy for site to support business goals and implement so the outcomes are sustained and embedded in the following areas:Organisation Effectiveness: Work to ensure that the structure, processes and capabilities are in place to support the business strategy. This is particularly of current importance as we look to maximise the impact of the manufacturing excellence programme.Engagement: Hold the team to account for delivering superengagement goals by linking and underpinning everything we do with our values. Stretch contract thinking and ways of working to accelerate acheivement of our ER vision.Talent: Bring the NA Supply talent strategy alive in Menlo Park with a key focus on growing our talent base and strengthening sucesssion locally and from a broader functional perspective.Reward: Maximise impact of reward strategies for both hourly and salaried employees.
