The Contract Services Analyst is responsible for the activities associated with the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of individual vendor performance versus requirements; develops individual vendor requirements, as well as investigates and addresses vendor service delivery outages; informs contract services manager about performance issues requiring escalation. Performs the day to day contract management tasks.
Manages the operational activities associated with building and maintaining a vendor relationship, including:
o development of individual vendor requirements
o monitoring, reporting and tracking of individual vendor performance against agreements
o understanding vendor capabilities and capacity
o addressing vendor service delivery outages
Accountable for managing individual vendor service delivery to agreements
Identifies and executes changes needed to contract in support of changing business needs.
