Las-Vegas: On/Off Premise Wine & Spirits Sales Representative

- Sell the Company’s full line of products, types and sizes to all assigned accounts in the Las Vegas, NM and Raton, NM markets.
- Travel through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders in person or speaks with customers by phone.
- Achieve distribution objectives at the levels appropriate to each account; as set forth by management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and align work with strategic goals.
- Introduce, sell and place new product in all accounts on an ongoing basis, using all selling programs provided.
- Work with retailers to plan and execute special promotions and participate in special events when necessary and as directed.
- Maintain current and accurate programs and authorized price book to facilitate order taking and sales presentations.
- Use point of sale merchandising material to the best possible use.
- Book display through the proper channels and maintain records of displays installed in each account.
- Responsible for floor and cooler shelf management in all assigned accounts to maximize space, position and quantity of products for company brands.
- Use proper paperwork procedures required by the company.
- Reports, inventories, surveys or any other paperwork are required to be completed in a legible and timely manner.
- Use of notebook (SFA) system for ordering on all sales calls is mandatory.
- Carry cell phone at all times and answer immediately or as soon as possible.
- Attend monthly and weekly sales meetings, or any other meeting called by your supervisor on time and prepared to obtain guidance and information from management.
- Maintain personal vehicle including its effects and company records in a neat and updated manner and available for review.
- Collect invoice balance due as arranged with assigned accounts.
- Address product breakage in a timely manner.
- Must be available for emergency deliveries, minimized by proper account selling and callbacks.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, State and Federal Laws and regulations governing the industry.
- Perform other work related duties as assigned by management.
