The Demand Planner will support the Planning & Procurement Manager to manage and control all inventory at Edison and external locations to agreed levels and targets. He or she will also effectively manage Supplier Performance and smooth introduction of NPD/NBD, and manage all supply activity to deliver excellent customer service which meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily purchasing and weekly cased goods inventory reconciliation

Manage the purchasing and forecasting process for all imported brands

Support all activity to minimize working capital in line with agreed objective

Develop and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to manage supply activity and be the supporting Ops interface between the Commercial and Operations Teams

Assist in the control and management of inventory levels within Edison and external locations to agreed stock turn targets and agreed days cover

Minimize excess and slow moving stock in Edison, 3rd party warehouses and states

Support the implementation of a demand led forecasting process and manage the data associated
