New-York: Director of Sales Lauber

Direct, mentor and train sales team
Execute and track sales incentive programs
Assist in development of key accounts
Coach sales team to achieve sales goals and management objectives as assigned
Assist in product seminars/tasting in key accounts
Mentor product knowledge and sales skills development and training
Assist in customer service issues relating to customer, supplier and sales representatives
Conduct team and individual meeting to ensure execution of company goals, objectives, and completion of required records and documents.
Ensure all company required reports are completed on a timely, accurate basis and in a professional format
Assure all POS are used effectively
Assist in hiring and training new sales representatives
Assist sales representatives in opening and developing new accounts
Develop and maintain strong teamwork.
