In this role you’ll be responsible for the functional and business support of core applications including SAP across multiple business areas including Sales, Distribution, Brewing and Support Services. You will also be liaising with Project Teams during implementation of new system developments – covering the provision of training and support plans, the production of procedures and processes to maintain and support systems, and to ensure that these are signed off by the appropriate support and operation teams.
You’ll also use your knowledge and experience in the cross training of the team, providing advice, support and assistance to other colleagues in the Operations department, as well as working closely with the 1st and 3rd line support teams ensuring that production issues are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role you’ll have broad functional knowledge of SAP (such as SD, LE, BW, APO,) and have worked in a similar role in a sales & distributions environment. ITIL Foundation level is desirable.
You will also be able to work well as part of a team, plan and organise your own workload, have good communication skills with the ability to make business critical decisions. You will also be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving and merge creative ideas and reality to generate practical solutions.
