• 
• Promote brands of Southern Wine & Spirits in all assigned accounts through management direction.
• Visits all establishments assigned by management to persuade customers to use display items and host promotional events to promote sale of company products.
• Deliver promotional items, such as posters, t-shirts, and other point of sale merchandise to each assigned account for specific product promotions.
• Directly supervise 6 to 10 employees of NM Brand Response Services for all promotional events.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, verifying hours worked for NMBRS employees, prioritizes and plans work activities; use time efficiently, organizes or schedules other people and their tasks, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Attends all scheduled promotional events.
• Respond promptly to customer needs; demonstrate attention to detail, balance team and individual responsibilities, delegate work assignments matching responsibility to the person, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
• Inspire and motivate others to perform well.
• Takes responsibility for team’s activities and makes self available to staff.
• Displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
• Work within approved budget, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, benefit company through outside activities.
• Adheres to attendance policy, is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction.
• Maintain working knowledge of and passion for company wine & spirits products.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and fairs to promote company products as directed by management.
• Obey all New Mexico laws including industry and motor vehicle.
• Maintain professional hygiene and appearance to project the Southern Wine & Spirits image.
• Adhere to position requirements and guidelines at all times.
