The primary purpose of this position is to provide superior customer service and administrative support to both the Wine Club Manager and Wine Club Department
• Emails and phone calls for Declined Credit Cards.
• Process all returns and follow up with members to obtain new addresses.
• Track shipments and provide customers with a resolution of any problems.
• Work wine club dinners and events as requested.
• Send email confirmation of cancellation.
• Send welcome letters.
• Process all referral gifts.
• Accurately maintain email database.
• Filing, mailing and special projects as requested by Wine Club Manager.
