UK: Marketing Manager

- To lead, develop and execute the marketing strategies for all portfolio brands including Tetley’s, Tuborg, Holsten, Okocim, Birra Poretti and Skol, working with the Head of Brands and the Marketing Director.
- To develop and implement, in consultation with the Head of Brands, annual marketing plans (in line with the agreed portfolio strategy) that deliver, and where possible, surpass C-UK commercial and brand objectives.
- To control and optimise the portfolio brands’ marketing investment within the agreed budget / LCE parameters.
- Allocating spend in line with commercial and brand priorities.
- To project manage elements of the annual plan including advertising, media, design etc.
- To develop strong relationships with other C-UK departments, especially sales and production. To use influencing skills and personal impact to excite and engage the business with the marketing plans and ensure their effective delivery through the business.
- To interface with Corporate Marketing on international brands, identifying opportunities for alignment and ensuring effective communication.
- To manage the relationships with communication agencies delivering creative excellence, the highest level of service and strong cost control.
- To work closely with the Sponsorship team to ensure the relevant utilisation of sponsorship properties within the brands’ advertising, promotional and packaging activity.
- To represent the Marketing team on corporate projects (UK & International), ensuring their effective delivery and implementation.
- To deliver budgeted volume and profit by brand.
- To manage and develop one direct report.
