UK: Regional Manager

An opportunity has arisen within Heineken UK South for a Regional Manager working in the Essex, Herts and North East London geography. Working directly for the Regional Sales Director, you will have responsibility to achieve the planned Net Margin targets within the designated customer base but more importantly is responsible for driving our brand equity and portfolio forward.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing the share of both volume and value of key brands within designated customer base
  • Development of brand presence
  • Identify and maximise customer development and partnership opportunities
  • Ensure the effective ongoing management to deliver the required rates of return and levels of income within the customer base

The successful candidate will have solid experience within a regional customer facing, commercially led role, who negotiates sales on a daily basis and will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

  • Being commercially astute with strong numerical, financial planning, cost control and lending business skills
  • Be an eloquent influencer with above average communication, presentation, negotiating and relationship building skills
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be decisive, results, quality and brand focused
  • Be keenly aware of market dynamics and be able to maximise competitive advantage
  • Have high energy levels with the ability to work under pressure, often during unsociable hours
