UK: Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Develop appropriate strategies and customer business plans with the account, insight and brand management teams to drive profitable volume growth within the Grocers and Discounters
• Effectively implement marketing strategies within key customers ensuring all activity is in line with the customer and CUK objectives, delivered in line with the brand objectives
• Develop tailor-made activities through understanding the major customers business issues to ensure both CUK and customer objectives are achieved
• Develop category and insight led analysis to identify opportunities for both customers and CUK to drive volume, profit and enhance the relationships with key customers
• The ability to think creatively to deliver innovative solutions for customers to drive high level engagement across the customers buying, marketing, supply chain and corporate teams
• Provide an effective communication process between the customer marketing, account and brands marketing team to ensure all marketing activity is delivered and communicated in a proactive manner
• Proactively measure and evaluate CUK brands performance within the key customers to ensure individual brand volume targets are achieved
• Ensure that CUK engages the Category Management agenda of its key customers with the ambition of gaining category leadership in all customers
• Ensure that both the quality of output and customer’s (internal and external) perceptions of CUK Marketing meets category leading standards and exceeds them in key areas
• Manage the customer marketing budget and ensure cost effective resource allocation in line with the objectives and strategies employed with each customer
• Effective management of 2 Customer Marketing Managers and ensure each individual has a personal development plan to enhance their performance
