We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for a Trading Support Coordinator based at First Point. This role will play an integral part in providing a professional support service to help develop and deliver an effective contact centre Resourcing model/ processes and to assist with the support of sales delivery to the front line sales team.
You will be working closely with all areas across First Point and tasked with key focus areas such as:
- Attending and contributing to monthly team management meetings
- Administering a full range of sales support activities for the your aligned Trading Region
- Managing all aspects of resourcing for your aligned Trading Region, including absence tracking, holiday scheduling and planning off line activity
- Assisting in the production of reporting requirements
- Creating and monitoring promotional activities within SAP
- Data analysis
- Ensuring the staff database is kept up to date
- Administering and tracking target and incentive reporting
- Involvement in ad hoc project work to assist with the on going development of the support function within First Point.
