UK: Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the National Sales Manager the ideal candidate will have line management responsibility for a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) with ownership of the total Central Region for Diageo GB. This includes owning and developing the strategy in line with defined business goals in order to deliver the Diageo GB On Trade vision.

Key Element of RoleAchievement of CDA shared targets, driven by the delivery of a  variety of performance metricsImplementation of team objectives, activity and initiatives.Support the recruitment and lead the functional leadership development of the team, through inspirational in field coaching.Demonstrate leadership with key contacts in National and Regional Customers.Develop the Central region commercial strategy.
