Diageo has announced it is to pilot a low-alcohol version of Guinness in Scotland.
Over three months, some 13 pubs, bars and restaurants in Edinburgh and Fife will serve the reduced alcohol drink called Guinness Mid-Strength.
The new pint will have an alcohol level of 2.8 per cent ABV, compared with 4.1 per cent ABV in regular Guinness.
